Sell-SA cancellation Policy.
If you are for any reason would like to cancel your order, you are welcome to log a cancellation and a refund will be processed as follows:
• If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and/or the order is in process: the order will be cancelled and a full amount will be refunded
• If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and the seller has dispatched the product: a partial shipping fee and processing fee will be deducted and the rest of the full amount will be fully refunded
• If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and delivered:
Sell-SA cannot cancel the order, however If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.
All deliveries are processed after payment and are made to be ready for shipping/shipment within the 12 hours of payment.
