Lovender Closet operate on a strict payment with order principle. When you submit your order, you need to make full payment within 48 hours after I made contact with you or after I acknowledge your order. Proof of payment must be send to me via email or what' s app after payment was made. No order will be processed without full payment and proof of payment. No order will be made ready for collection, delivered or send via courier if any payments are outstanding, including courier fees. Payments can be done via EFT to my bank account or via Sell SA website / platform with SID EFT. I have a card machine to process your card payment on delivery (West Coast areas only). Please do not checkout your order without choosing the courier cost as this will be added anyway to your order if not chosen. For the West Coast areas, the courier fees must be subtracted and if order is R1000 and more, it should also be subtracted. If you are not sure what to pay or did not choose courier cost, contact me and I will calculate your amount yo pay.


Shipping and delivery is applicable to all orders. Langebaan and Langebaanweg have no delivery costs but all other areas, towns and provinces have delivery costs. Don't make payment before I acknowledge your order and confirmed amount to pay. Courier and delivery cost not added to checkout ot buyers not chosen courier cost must be added to amount to pay. The courier and delivery cost will be additional for the clients account and unfortunately needs to be paid for all products. The courier fees are very affordable and we make use of very trustworthy delivery options from The Courier Guy @ R 130 for a parcel up to 5kg and R 35 additional cost per kg exceeding. Personal collection also available on prior arrangement for Langebaanweg, Langebaan and Vredenburg (West Coast).

Refunds Exchanges

We are committed to provide quality products to our customers. While we hope that you are always satisfied with your purchase, we realize there are times that you may need to return or exchange a product. The following is applicable to refunds, exchanges and returns. REPORTING RETURN OR EXCHANGES: (1) Returns must be made within 30 days of your receipt of the product. If this 30 days has lapse, no returns will be handled. (2) Returns will be processed within 1-2 weeks of our office receiving your item. Returns can take longer, depending on the supplier who have their own policies and procedures. (3) Products must be in its original, unopened, unused condition with seals still in tact. Packaging must have original labels and stickers. (4) It is not missing any accessories or parts. (5) It is not part of products that cannot be returned, exchange or refunded. These products is products on special, products that was part of a buy 1 get 1 free product or products that was discontinued. (6) Products have no wear or tear. (7) There is no obvious damage to the products. (8) Returns will be processed within 30 days of sending it to the supplier. Refunds, exchanges and credits will be processed according to the decision of the supplier, meaning that if the supplier decide not to refund or exchange a product, it will not be done and their decision is final. It seldom happen but can be done according to their terms and conditions. (9) If you experience a allergic reaction, which must be proved by a medical practitioner and proof submitted to us. (10) Before ordering from us, ask what is the ingredients if you are allergic to something specific. If you do not ask, we will not be responsible for any allergic reactions. (11) Empty containers cannot be accepted We do not refund shipping costs for the return or exchange. You will be responsible for this and to get it back to you. Please do not send your return to us C.O.D as we will not accept it at all

We are happy to exchange any merchandise that is defective, damaged or unused. If you need to exchange your product, please review the information below. (1) We accept exchanges on items purchased from Lovender Closet only up to 30 days after purchase. (2) Please enclose the product you wish to exchange, your invoice, proof of payment and receipt. On the documents write instructions on what item(s) to exchange and what item you want. (3) If there is a difference in cost with the exchange, we will be in contact with you for further information. (4) You will be responsible for the return shipping & handling charges, which will not be refunded. If you receive an item that is broken or damaged, you may contact us within 30 days for a replacement. Items will not be replaced after 30 days. As soon as a product do not comply to the above terms and conditions, it cannot be refunded, exchange or credited. DOCUMENTS WITH RETURN: (1) Please send us your invoice, proof of payment and receipt. (2) We will indicate on our correspondence to you, the address to send the return after we investigated your documents. (3) Products without the required documents will not be exchanged or return. (4) Please make sure to record your tracking number because we cannot issue a refund until our office confirms receipt of the returned products. We are not responsible for lost packages. (5) All returns will be credited to the original credit card used at the time of purchase. If no credit card was used, EFT will be done via the Sell SA platform Our stainless steel jewelry is hypo-allergenic and should not cause you any allergic reaction. Most of our beauty products is hyo-allergenic and should not cause you any allergic reaction. Our supplements must be carefully studied for ingredients before ordering. We will ensure that the product is in perfect condition when leaving our property for delivery or courier to you.
