Refunds Exchanges
Exchanges and Refunds: If you wish to return any non-defective product delivered to you for a refund, please do not remove the product from its original packaging and/or use or wear the Product and the following will apply: Full Refund, less Initial Courier costs. If you return a defective, faulty or non-conforming product to us, the product will be inspected and tested. If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will exchange the product or process a refund, in accordance with the applicable law. Products that have been misused or changed, may not be eligible for returns. If you return an item and we find it not to be faulty, you will be liable to pay the courier fee to return the item to you as well as the fee we incurred for collecting.
