Delivery of goods
Computer Complex offers 2 (two) methods of delivery of Goods to you. You may elect delivery via:
post office / postnet.
Our delivery charges are subject to change at any time, without prior notice to you. You will see the applicable delivery charges in your cart when you check out.
Where it accepts your order, Computer Complex or the Third Party Seller will deliver the Goods to you as soon as reasonably possible, but no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of your payment (“Delivery Period”). We will notify you if we are unable to deliver the Goods during the Delivery Period. You may then, within 7 (seven) days of receiving such notification elect whether or not to cancel your order for the Goods. If you elect to cancel your order, we will reimburse you for the purchase price.
Computer Complex’s obligation to deliver a product to you is fulfilled when we deliver the product to the physical address nominated by you for delivery of the order. Computer Complex is not responsible for any loss or unauthorized use of a product, after it has delivered the product to the physical address nominated by you.
Cancellations, Refunds and Returns
Computer Complex offers 6 months implied warranty on the quality of the goods or longer as stipulated by the product, provided that the Products have not been altered contrary to the instructions.
If within 6 months from the original date of delivery the Products are found to be defective, Computer Complex shall assess the Product. You shall also be required to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. Where the Product is found to be defective, Computer Complex shall:
If a Product purchased from Computer Complex are not delivered within the agreed delivery period, or where no specific period was agreed, within 30 days after having purchased the
Product, the ECT Act entitles you to cancel such sale on 7 (seven) days’ notice to Computer Complex by phoning 0878221447 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. Should the Product purchased be unavailable, Computer Complex shall notify you and issue a full refund within 30 (thirty) days after such notice.
Non- defective Products- Right to “cool off”:
Products which are NOT defective or damaged or which you found to be unsuitable, can be returned provided that the Products have not been opened and the packaging is in its original condition and you are able to produce the original invoice/ credit card/ debit card slip as proof of purchase. You are then entitled to cancel the sale of the Products in terms of Section 44 of the ECT Act within 7 (seven) days after your receipt of the Products and to obtain a full purchase price refund, subject to being charged 15% in respect of return and handling charge to non-defective returns. Computer Complex can hold you liable for any damage caused to the Products whilst it is in your possession.
