CANCELLATION of orders due to non-payment
All orders not paid for within 48 hours from purchase will be automatically deleted from our system and the stock will be put back up for sale. Fogging Amazing and its staff are not held liable should you not be able to purchase the items again should they then be sold. Please make sure to forward proof of payment to firstname.lastname@example.org within that period to prevent missing your purchase. Should you have paid for an item and proof of such and have not sent us the proof of payment and the order is automatically cancelled on our system, Fogging Amazing will refund you for the items and or send you the items if still in stock at our earliest

George/Mosselbaai: Shipping is done through Triangle Courier – No Tracking is supplied as its normally same day delivery for all orders before 12:00 – Except on Fridays – Please contact us if you would like a Saturday delivery at an additional cost of R79
Knysna: Courier is done through Triangle Courier – No Tracking is supplied as its next day delivery for all orders before 12:00 – Except on Fridays – Please contact us if you would like a Saturday delivery at an additional cost of R79
Cape Town: Courier is done through Triangle Courier or The Courier Guy depending on the area. Delivery Time is next day to Main Towns and 2-3 days on off route Towns. Tracking will be sent with the order. (No Saturday Delivery)
Rest of South-Africa: Courier is done through The Courier Guy. Please allow 3-5 Business days for delivery. We pride ourselves in getting all orders out as quickly as possible but we are at the Mercy of Courier Companies that are not always Amazing.
Once you have a tracking number and it appears on "The Courier Guy" tracking service all communication regarding your package has to be direct to them as they have ownership of the package until signed off by yourself. Should you need to change details of delivery please arrange this with them directly. Please note that all orders placed before 12:00 will go out the same day.
Please take note we cannot ship on Public Holidays as all the Courier companies are closed. Expect delays when there are Public Holidays for all normal orders.

-The purchaser shall inspect the goods on arrival and must notify Fogging Amazing within 24 hours of receipt of the goods if any goods are damaged and items not received. -Should the purchaser fail to do this it shall be deemed as goods accepted. If the purchaser wants to return any goods for whatever reason the purchaser may do so within 7 days of receipt of the goods. All goods must be in an unused condition.
-The Seller will refund the cost of the goods; however shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the mistake is from Fogging Amazing.
Where a claim of defect or damage is made, the Goods shall be returned by the Buyer to the Seller for a replacement after receiving prior confirmation by the Seller via e-mail.
-If an item is found defective and it is still within the manufacturer warranty period the item will be replaced, unless the warranty has been voided by misuse.
-If the item is found to have a manufacturing fault and is within the warranty period the item will be repaired or replaced unless due to user negligence. Please note that as per the Consumer Protection Act Fogging Amazing is allowed up to 20 Working days to check the device and return it to the purchaser. However every effort will be taken to lessen the time frame as possible.
-Refunds and warranties will not be applied to Goods that have been damaged due to misuse or negligence or not correctly following the instructions supplied with the product.
