Shipping will take between 2 - 4 working days for local products and up to 14 days for parallel imports You will be contacted by our shipping partner for final arrangements. Fees R99.00 for shipping to main metros R150.00 shipping fee for delivery to any non- main metro's
Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for all shipping costs that may arise, caused by the shipping of the requested item back to the original seller. An additional cost of 35% handling fee will also be charged. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed by the person who made the original purchase. Refunds are subject to the supplier authorizing the return. All return requests must be made under 48 hours from delivery. Only items that are unopened in their original packaging may be returned. Not all returns or cancellation requests will be granted.
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase unless you understand and agree to all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. Once payment has been made you may not cancel the order. If you would like to cancel your order you must request a refund from the call centre. Please note that you will be liable for 35% restocking fee and the associated shipping cost to send the item back. We are not responsible for delayed deliveries caused by any problems which may arise due to the importation of goods. This includes, but is not limited to, USA, China and European suppliers delaying orders, customs detaining shipments, acts of God, SARS inspections, customs inspections, Port Health inspections or flight delays. This means that if an order is delayed, the customer is not entitled to a refund. Delivery estimates are only estimates. Refunds will be made at the discretion of the company. After 45 working days from payment date refunds will be considered. Please do not purchase if you do not agree to these conditions. Further to this, if delivery is made and you are not available at the address and/or your phone number is not working - resulting in the shipment being returned to TechRarity - the customer will be liable for shipping costs due to non-delivery.
The prices displayed are inclusive of 15% VAT. Delivery costs are charged separately on check out and do not form part of the product price displayed. As part of our service, we source products from all over the world and the prices we display for products on our website will fluctuate with exchange rates, and as our suppliers change their stock holdings and pricing. Displaying a price on the website does not constitute any undertaking by us to maintain that price for any length of time. We will always endeavor to complete your order at the price quoted at the time that the order was placed, but in cases of erroneous pricing or where our suppliers deplete their reserves of specially priced stock, we may cancel all or a portion of your order and fully refund any advance payments that you have made toward the affected products.
