No Direct payments accepted, payments must be completed using one of the available payment methods on SellSA. Once a payment is complete the item is deemed to have been sold and the sale is final. In the rare event that no stock is currently available we will inform you as to when the item will be back in stock (usually few days).
Software Products do not carry any delivery charges as these are digital downloads. You will receive an email containing the official download link with activation key. Products must be activated within 14 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of these items returns are not accepted once they have been delivered, Only if the product has not yet been delivered you may cancel the order for a refund. We reserve the right to charge a 10% cancellation fee to cover transaction costs if you cancel. In the event of any issues we will first attempt to provide technical support before a replacement key can be supplied.
We offer full technical support until product activation and will assist with any Technical issues as far as possible. Replacement keys can be provided if needed but only after Technical support has attended to the matter.
