You acknowledge that the delivery of your order may be impacted by events beyond Awesome Audio’s control such as adverse weather conditions, flight delays, vehicle break downs or industrial action. Awesome Audio is not liable for late deliveries of products purchased through Awesome Audio’s website (www.awesomeaudio.co.za) or through orders placed through Pricecheck or Bid or Buy. Awesome Audio will however try to ensure a smooth delivery process. Customers should receive an email once their order has been collected by the courier with a tracking number to allow customers track their order. Processing of orders can take 1-3 days depending on stock availability and stock location. Please allow at least 3-5 working days for delivery in main cities and 5-7 days for remote area deliveries. Free shipping is only available on all orders over R1000. Orders for Collection from Premises : For security reasons we can not allow orders to be collected from our premises
In the case of repairs undertaken by Awesome Audios suppliers, repair times given are merely estimates and are not binding on Awesome Audio suppliers; time is not of the essence of this agreement unless expressly agreed upon in writing by Awesome Audio. Awesome Audio shall not be liable for any loss or damage of whatsoever nature which the Customer may suffer as a result of any unforeseen costs and/or delayed repairs. No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Return Material Authorization (RMA) request form to be submitted online prior to returning any items for any reason. PLEASE COMPLETE RMA APPLICATION (EMAIL email@example.com and we will send the form to you) This number must be used as a reference for all matters relating. Our technical department will issue you with an RMA number which authorizes you to return one item per every RMA number. A full fault description must be completed to enable technical department to test and verify fault. All defective merchandise returned to Awesome Audio must be returned with all cables, power supplies, documentation etc. Awesome Audio is not responsible for the cost of returning any products to Awesome Audio offices. For your protection, please insure the package and ship via a traceable method. Awesome Audio is not responsible for lost or damaged packages. If any of the above conditions are not met, Awesome Audio reserves the right either to refuse the return, or to charge a restock fee of not less than 15%. Acceptance of Products: Awesome Audio shall conduct incoming acceptance inspection as soon as possible on receipt of products.
