Our inventory is held and shipped from our international warehouse/suppliers directly. We work with many manufacturing suppliers who provide us with only quality items. Please see the following pertaining to our shipping procedures and regulations:

We offer South African Priority Line Shipping with a processing time of 3-5 business days, after which a delivery rate ranging from 5-10 day period dependent on location will follow. We maintain a competitive standard shipping fee of as low as R69:

We do not accept local pickups or collections due to security reasons.
Some items may be out of stock. We will order directly from suppliers should we be out of stock locally or provide immediate refunds should you have purchased for completely out of stock items.
Delivery times may vary or take slightly longer if there are customs delays or if you are located around outlying areas (30 km out of main city centers). Please note that orders from Regional and Remote areas will be delivered via PAXI or Pargo and must be collected at the nearest PAXI or Pargo affiliated destination (Local PEP store). Instructions will be communicated via email in this case.
Note that a delay on your order does not ensure you to a refund instead orders delayed for more than 30 working days will be considered for a refund. All shipments are fully insured until delivered.

Refunds Exchanges

Refunds for returns accepted in 30 Days:

If your purchase arrives "not as described" or faulty then please contact us within 14 days of delivery and ship items back within 30 days of delivery. Describe the product as having a problem/malfunction/fault with photo image and receipt to Response to any such queries will take between 24-48 hours. Buyer pays return shipping. We do not accept exchanges.

Please note that refunds are only subject to 100% original condition returns (no alterations - including fix-ups, patches, sowed items etc). The customer must ensures payment for returning parcels to's fulfillment facility. We as the seller must receive the returned item to then proceed with the refund.We CANNOT offer refunds when your order is on route.

The following will NOT be regarded as faults:

Stock on offer is subject to supplier inventory updates where we manually remove out of stock items. SADI takes all reasonable efforts to discontinue item listings when stock is no longer available. If it does occur that an out of stock item was purchased at any time advertised then SADI will ensure a full refund be processed to the customer.
