Please note the stock of all items on offer is limited. Any order is subject to the item not being sold out. This can be confirmed by you not being able to check out the specific item or by sending us an enquiry to email@example.com or WhatsApp 063 292 5852.
We currently only take payment via SID by credit, debit, transfer etc. and payment needs to be sent to firstname.lastname@example.org. The purchase shall be complete only when the payment has been processed fully and we have received the money. If payment fails, for any reason, the purchase shall not be successful.
All prices are in South African Rands (ZAR) and are inclusive of VAT.
•All orders for stock advised must be made via our online store unless arranged otherwise and regular shipping rates apply.
•NB: Our Online store orders will be delivered within 5-7 working days for orders we do have in store, arrangement are to be made for special orders e.g. custom sizes.
Only certain main centre areas qualify, and orders must be placed before 15:00 on a working week day.
•Special arrangements are made for deliveries after hours and on weekends. Prices will be based on the service provider providing the service.
•We currently only deliver to a work or home address and not POSTNET/ post office branch. This is for security purposes.
•Standard Delivery – All Standard Deliveries with a minimum cart value over R1000 qualify for FREE delivery!
•Shipping of special-order items may take up to 14 days to ship as they are sourced from the manufacturers upon order. The product will then need to be manufactured and sent through for normal processing with delivery within 3-7 working days.
•Your delivery times are within 5 working days for main city centres and within 7 working days for outlying areas. Our experience transporters will deliver your order during office hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.Our intension is to deliver all orders on time as promised. However, things happen and so we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame.
.Your parcel can be delivered to an office address. You must enter the address along with your full name and contact numbers upon when placing your order with us.

Cooling off (cancellation policy)
A cooling off period applies to all purchases, prior to the order being dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the shipping and administration/handling fee will not be refunded.
Refund will take 7-14 days depending on the reason for return, all enquiries that need investigation could take longer than some.

Criteria to return an item:
•Return must be logged within 14 days of item being delivered
•The item is in a re-sellable condition
•The item being returned qualifies for return
•The item is in its original packaging, with labels attached
•Swimwear with detached hygiene strips
•Earrings for pierced ear
*Special conditions apply in respect of returns of defective products
The Returns Procedure:
· Log a return within 14 days of the order being delivered by sending us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assist you further.
· Collection and return to our warehouse can take up to 5 working days for Main centres and 7 working days for Outlying/Regional areas from date of logging return.
· Once the returns have reached our warehouse, each of the items in your return will be inspected before the return is processed and the refund or store credit initiated.
· Store credits will be sent immediately via email and cash refunds can take up to 7 working days to reflect depending on method of refund and banking institutions. You will receive a cash refund or store credit (Your choice) for the rand value of the Product you paid.
The value of the voucher that was redeemed will not be refunded to you or credited to your account. Please refer to the specific voucher terms and conditions to understand whether the voucher will be reinstated and the relevant terms that will be applied.
· We cannot refund you in cash for that portion of the purchase price which you paid using the Gift Voucher, but we will credit your account.
Important notes regarding returning items:
•We will send a courier to collect returns logged within the 14-day return period free of charge. Should you wish to return something after the 14 days please contact us.
•All products (including certain non-returnable items) can be returned if they are faulty, not fit for their intended purpose or do not match the sample or descript
