This line was created for ladies to maximise their confidence when wearing oversize and fitted clothing in a stylish way of all body or shape type.
IVAMICHAEL Brand started as hobby, with Iveren designing and making clothing for herself. By the time she had graduated from university, she then decide to create her own clothing for all women of shape, Since then it has grown to gain global recognition for the quality and style of the clothing. and we are still growing.
IVAMICHAEL! is a highly skilled team who are passionate about driving the brand forward. We strive to have a IVAMICHAEL garment as the staple item in every woman’s wardrobe. The special piece that you go back to time and time again for the quality, fit and how it makes you feel.

CLOTHING IDEAL
Our clothing is designed and made in our very own studio Ghana. We hand make our clothing using specialist techniques and quality craftsmanship.
Our core collection of clothing is made with our signature double layered fabric. This gives the clothing a heavier weight; creating a flattering fit with properties similar to shape wear. It also means that the clothing won’t be see-through.
We use cotton and stretch based fabrics and across our range, which means that you can rest assured knowing that the clothing will be comfortable and easy to wear.

Delivery Policy
How soon will my custom order arrive?
We will always aim to post your item to you within 2-3 working days, however due to the care and attention we put into each handmade garment, shipping times may vary during busier periods.
For custom garments, we recommend placing your order with us a minimum of two weeks before you plan to wear the garment. This is to ensure we have enough time to hand make and deliver your item, wherever you may be in the world.

SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us. Such as your name, shipping address and email address.
When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
With your permission, we may send you emails about our store, new products and other updates.
SECTION 2 - CONSENT
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your credit card, place an order, arrange for a delivery or return a purchase, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only.
If we ask for your personal information for a secondary reason, like marketing, we will either ask you directly for your expressed consent, or provide you with an opportunity to say no.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information.
Refund Policy
EXCHANGE POLICY
IVAMICHAEL believes that customer service should be honest and effortless. No refunds are
accepted, exchanges are absolutely understandable if item arrives damaged or a size
needs to be changed. Your new may not fit perfectly the first time and so we welcome
you to exchange it for another size, style or color run. IVAMICHAEL does not offer refunds
and our policy is an Exchange Only Policy.
To begin the exchange process, please email us at [ [email protected]] and advise
us of the style you have, and what you are intending to exchange for. From there we will
advise you of what your exchange options are and whether your preferred style is available.
Upon returning your order, please ensure you enclose the following items with your
return;
Items must be sent back to us within 14 days of receipt. Please note only non-sale items can be returned or processed for an exchange.
You have 14 days from the date that you tell us you are returning goods for the goods to be shipped back to us.
Items must be returned to us with tags attached & original packaging. There must be no signs of tampering with the labels or tags.
Items must show no signs of wear; please take care to avoid the transfer of make-up when trying on garments.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged and unmarked in any way. Please be careful when trying on garments to avoid make up or fake tan transferring onto the fabric. To qualify for a return the items must be free from any signs of wear or tear, including marks from make up and cosmetic products such as deodorant or fake tan.
Items must be returned to us in the condition you received them, with all tags attached. As our items are hand made to order, this will be a brand new condition, which is how we expect to receive them back to us.
You must print and complete an exchange form, found at the bottom of this page, and
enclose it with your order.
