Delivery Policy

How long does delivery take?
We dispatch all orders, unless otherwise stated within two working days of receiving payment confirmation. If you pay via credit card we receive payment confirmation automatically as soon as you've paid. If you pay via bank transfer you can send us proof of payment to speed up your delivery.

Courier delivery takes 1 to 5 working days depending on the order's destination.
Courier deliveries are made Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm. There are no deliveries on weekends or public holidays. If you live in a main city centre, your order will take between 2-3 days. If you live in a remote area it could take up to 5 days. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer services team if you wish to get a more exact estimate.

Refund Policy

Please take care when placing orders. Annette`s Skin and Health Care does not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make the wrong decision regarding the product(s) you wish to purchase. Should you find that a purchased product may be of a defective nature, please notify “ Annette`s Skin and Health” as soon as possible so that we can investigate the matter. You can choose a refund or replacement within 7 business days of purchase, where a product is defective, the product provided is incorrectly described, differs from a sample shown to you. In such instances “ Annette`s Skin and Health” may insist on valid proof of the purchase (i.e. invoice or receipt). We will assume that any partially consumed/depleted products conformed to the required standard.
