As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Sell-SA. We’ll be as brief as our attorneys will allow. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Sell-SA, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy. If there’s something wrong with the product you bought, or if you are not happy with it, you have 1 week to issue are fund and return your product. Sell-SA cancellation policy: If you, for any reason would like to cancel your order, you are welcome to log a cancellation and a refund will be processed as follows:
· If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and/or the order is in process: the order will be cancelled and a full amount will be refunded.
· If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and the seller has dispatched the product: a partial refund as per the following:
Shipping fee and processing fee of 5% of the total order value will be deducted and the rest of the amount will be refunded.
· If the order has been placed, payment has been processed and delivered:
Sell-SA cannot cancel the order, however If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.

Sell-SA is not responsible for return shipping costs. Every shipping must be paid by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer must pay for the shipping in return.
