Payment Policy

Purchases must be completed using one of the payment methods offered on Sellsa, for normal EFT payments please contact us or Sellsa for bank details. Please also let us know should you be experiencing issues with payment.
Once a sale is completed and the product has been correctly supplied no refunds can be offered for Change of mind or buyers remorse.
If an order is cancelled before delivery we may impose a penalty of R30 per a order to cover transaction costs.

Products must be activated within 14 days of purchase or as soon as possible after Delivery. Warranty period is 45 days after purchase.

Refund Policy

Returns for Digital items are not accepted once a product is delivered, In the event of Technical issues we will first provide technical support and/or replacement product as needed.
