Payment Policy

Please note we do not allow off site payment methods such as direct EFT or Cash on Delivery. All payments should be made through Sell-SA before your order will be placed on our side.

Delivery Policy

After your order has been completed (lead time of 3 - 5 working days), delivery period is 1 - 2 working days through Aramex for R100.00. We do not offer shipment outside of South Africa. We do not accept responsibility for any damage incurred by courier. You can also arrange to send your own courier company to collect your parcel from us, once completed.

Refund Policy

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product in it's original packaging within 7 calendar days of your purchase, shipping at your own cost. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it. The funds will be refunded to the original payment method you've used during the purchase.

Cancellations:

Orders should be cancelled within 2 working days of your purchase to be accepted.
