Delivery Policy

We ship nationwide in South Africa only.

Delivery times range between:

3–5 working days for items sourced from local suppliers.

10–15 working days for selected imported items — extended time due to customs and courier delays.

You will receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

We use reliable couriers like Aramex, The Courier Guy, Paxi, and PostNet depending on item origin.

Orders may arrive in separate packages if sourced from multiple suppliers.

Refund Policy

Refunds or exchanges are only accepted if:

The product arrives damaged, defective, or not as described.

You notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item, with photo evidence.

No refunds on:

Change-of-mind purchases.

Items that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.

Custom-made or personalized items.
