Please note that once your online-order is processed, finalised and paid for we cannot make any adjustments, add, swop or change any products. You will have to do a new online order.

Our costs vary according to the actual and volumetric weight of your order as well as your geographical location in relation to our office address.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
Luno Organic Shipping makes use of The Courier Guy, Click and collect and in special circumstances, we Deliver if you are within 5km radius from the warehouse ( 2 Cameron street, Georgina, Roodepoort, 1724). We aim to choose the best service so that your parcel gets delivered timeously.
Shipping in South Africa can take 2-4 working days for your parcel to arrive.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not accept P.O Boxes as a shipping address. Currently, we do not have any restrictions in delivering to certain countries.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are situated in a high risk area, it may be determined by the courier for you to collect your order from the nearest police station. If this is the case, the courier company will notify you when your package is ready for collection at the police station.
Missing or Lost Packages
We have no control over missing or lost packages. However, we can assist in resolving shipping issues in consultation with the shipping company. If you experience a missing package, please contact us via email: [email protected]
EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We hope that you will be satisfied with any purchases made on our online store or offline via email.
However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please notify us within 7 (seven) days of your receipt of goods. Please send us a picture with your request to: [email protected]
We will offer a refund, exchange or replacement on all products returned, provided that they are in their original condition, and have not been opened, used or damaged.
Should an exchange or refund be requested, you will be liable for the courier costs incurred. Any surplus funds will be allocated in the form of a cash discount for our online store.
We will consider the condition of the goods being returned before making a refund or exchange.
Please note that we do not issue refunds on any products that have been open or used.
Any raw material such as essential oils, fragrances, butters, cosmeceutical, nutraceutical, beauty and marketing products, special orders, personalised items, special promotions that have been opened or used cannot be returned
Once your online order is processed, finalized, and paid for, no changes, additions, swaps, or product adjustments can be made. To modify your selection, you'll need to place a new online order. Please note that separate orders cannot be combined for shipping and will be dispatched individually.
The provision of goods and services by Luno Organic (Pty) Ltd. is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, We will refund the client in full within 7 working days. Cancellation of orders by the client will attract a 0% administration fee.
We will always try our best to assist with refunds where necessary.
