Delivery Policy

Delivery Charges:
We offer FREE DELIVERY for all our orders. Please note that we use a courier system to deliver products to all areas of the country. We deliver to your door, so please provide a physical delivery address when making an order. In some areas which courier can’t deliver we might have to use the post office speed service or Paxi service.
Delivery Notes:
• Delivery periods are only regarded as having commenced upon payment confirmation being received by Simply Shopping.
• Delivery periods are calculated based on business days only. Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are not taken into account in calculating delivery periods. So, for example, if you order something over the weekend, the delivery period will only start running on the next business day.
• Simply Shopping makes every effort to ensure that the information supplied on the Website is accurate. Where delays and out of stock situations occur, every reasonable effort will be made to inform the Purchaser.
Delivery Times:
• Delivery times to major cities is 1 to 2 working days. This is from the time we dispatch your order and not from order confirmation. Major Cities are Johannesburg, Pretoria, Durban, Bloemfontein, Cape Town, George, Port Elizabeth and East London.
• Delivery times to regional and all other areas is 2 to 5 days depending on how far the area is far from major cities. Sometimes it might take longer depending on a number of factors. This is from the time we dispatch your order and not from order confirmation.


Refund Policy

Changed your mind:
We strive to ensure our customers are happy at all times. Should you change your mind and decide to return the product because you don’t need it anymore or for any reason. You are free to arrange to return it so we can exchange it or refund you. You can fill in the return form and we’ll take it from there.
Note return courier fees are to the customer’s account – you will be responsible for courier costs to return the product. You have 30 days in which you can return the product should you want to. After 30 days you can no longer return the product unless it’s defective and still within the warranty period.
You must make sure the returned product is in it’s original packaging including all accessories. It must not have been used or be damaged. On receipt we will thoroughly check the product and if it meets the above we will exchange or refund as per your request.
Please note that if the product is not returned in it’s original packaging including all accessories and undamaged we will not accept the return. We will arrange to return it to you and the return courier costs will be paid by the customer.
You received a different product:
If you receive a different product from what you’ve ordered. We will arrange to collect the parcel from you and we’ll deliver the correct product as quickly as possible. When you’ve received a wrong product, please do not open it or use it in anyway. Keep it in the same condition so we can pick it up and arrange a replacement.
If the product you bought is not in stock we shall refund you fully for the order. Unless you opt to replace with another product and you will pay the difference or we’ll refund the difference whichever is applicable.
Received a defective product:
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you is fully working as per the description. Unfortunately there are times when a product can be dead on arrival or be defective and not function fully.
