Payment Policy

Orders and payment must reflect in our account before any order is processed. After payment reflects the order is processed and can take anywhere from 3 - 5 days before product is ready for delivery. Due to our products being completely natural we do not accept returns after delivery has been made, signed and checked by client. If client does not inform us of any fault within 24 hours of receiving their goods they forfeit the right for a refund. Products must also be in original packaging unopened should the client for whatever reason not be happy with their purchase. We make and pack all our products by hand and should a product be out of stock it can take up to 5 days to make or pack as most of our products are made by order.

Please note we do not allow off site payment methods such as direct EFT. All payments should be made through Sell-SA.

Delivery Policy

We will use courier services for delivery and it can take anywhere from 2- 4 days. Please also note that due to Covid restrictions and other factors delivering of goods can take a bit longer. We will do our utmost best to delivery goods promptly but some situations are out of our hands so we ask our clients to please be patient.

Refund Policy

Should the client not be happy with their products or if there is something wrong with their product the following rules apply for refund and returns of products. Client must please check their order when it's delivered by the Courier Company and inform us immediately should they not be happy or should there be something wrong with their order. Failing to do so will result in the client forfeiting their right to a refund. Products must also be in it's original packaging and unopened to qualify for a refund. Please note that our products are all natural. Once the product is opened we can no longer accept the product back or refund the client as there could be cross contamination which might render the product not suitable for use. All our products are handmade and hand packed. We strive to always give quality products and services and make sure every product is double checked before leaving our premises for delivery.
