Delivery Policy

Products ordered from us will be dispatched within 3 - 5 working days. We will notify you as soon as your product is on its way.
Products will not be delivered over the weekends or on public holidays, unless specially arranged.
Due to the Corona Virus Epidemic, the delivery times could be longer due to some travel restrictions.

Refund Policy

Returns
We allow for any product to be returned within five working days of the order being delivered.
Returns can only be validated if the product is in the same condition as you received it. This includes the packaging that was used to send the product in, for return purposes.
If your product arrives damaged or defected we ask you to please notify us about this immediately.

Refunds
After we have received your product, an inspection from our side will be done to ensure that all requirements are met. Once completed we will immediately notify you on whether or not your refund has been approved or rejected. In the more likely case that you are approved, payment will be made in the same manner as the payment was made. Please allow five working days for this.

Exchanges
It may be the case that you would like to exchange your product as opposed to returning it. If the product is of a greater price we will kindly ask you to settle the difference. In the case of a lower price, we will pay you the difference in the same manner as the payment was made.
