Returns and refunds policy

If you are for any reason not satisfied with the product, you are welcome to log a request for return, exchange or refund if the below terms and conditions are met.

Returns and exchanges can be logged directly with TKMart within 7 days after delivery. If customer decides return product for any reason after 7 days of delivery, they can do so by contacting the supplier directly, the contact information for our suppliers is available on the stores page. The product to be returned in original packaging, and no refunds or exchanges will be accepted should the product be deemed purposely damaged or damaged due to negligence. TKMart reserve the right to refuse to exchange or refund items that are not returned within 7 days from the date customer received the delivery of goods, if the items are not faulty.

Refund; this needs to be logged within 3 working days of receiving delivery of the product.
