3. You have one month (30 days) warranty for each product purchased. You can get a replacement within that period if you face any kind of difficulty with the activation. Please make sure to present valid proof of the difficulty you faced with the purchased product.

4. When claiming the warranty, you must present valid proof. It could be inspecting your product activation status via remote access software such as TeamViewer, Anydesk or valid screenshots of the error. Screenshots must prove that the purchased product key/account has been used and has an activation issue.
