All orders ship directly from our warehouse in Johannesburg, South Africa.
Velo Sock offers free nationwide delivery on all orders and can offer next day delivery to all major towns if order is received before 10am on previous business day, IF ITEM IS IN STOCK. If item is not in stock please allow 5 to 7 days for delivery.
Shipping is carried by various logistics companies in South Africa.
You must provide us with complete and accurate delivery address information. For the avoidance of doubt, this includes not only the address that your order is going to but also the name of the recipient. We cannot be liable for delivery of your order to the wrong address or the wrong person as a result of you supplying us with incomplete or inaccurate information.
We will make every effort to deliver your order within estimated timescales. However, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control for example, material shortages, travel or transportation disruption, import delays, software or technical failures or higher than anticipated demand.
Please note delivery of your order may take longer during sale or other busy periods.
We are unable to deliver on public and bank holidays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day or New Year’s Day. On these dates, delivery will take longer than usual. Please allow an extra 3 to 4 working days (i.e. Monday-Friday, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays) for each of these days when calculating the estimated delivery date and when choosing your delivery option
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Faulty items
Will either be replaced, repaired or refunded following evaluation by the VeloSock Customer Care team. For the avoidance of doubt, faulty goods are classified as items that are received damaged or develop a manufacturing fault. Items damaged through general wear and tear are not classified as faulty. Faulty items can returned within one (1) week for a replacement or a repair. If neither of these is possible, we will offer a refund.
We will then refund you any postage costs incurred, up to the following value: R50. Please note that we can only refund one postage payment for each package received, and then only if the cost of postage is clearly marked on the parcel.
Exchange of the products
You can exchange products within seven (7) days of receiving your items.
We do not refund postage costs.
Returns
If you are not 100% satisfied with our products, we would like to encourage you to try our products! And we will be very sorry if our products won’t meet your expectations. If you aren’t 100% satisfied after seven (7) days of trying in these products, you can send them back to us for a refund.

We reserve the right to refuse refunds for exchanged and returned items, which are not in saleable condition.
Returns and exchanges are only accepted online for items purchased directly from velosock.com. If you have purchased your item from a retailer, you should return the item directly to the where the item was purchased. For items bought with one of VeloSock’s retail partners, please contact them directly to arrange an exchange or refund.
