Delivery Policy

We deliver nationwide via The courier guy company within 2 to 3 Business Days depending on the destination. We only deliver in SA. We can make only door to door deliveries. Couriers do not handle cash. We can deliver only once payment had been made and it has reflected. At receipt of the parcel please examine it for damages while the courier representative is still with you and In case of damaged goods please do not accept and sing the waybill, please simply request the courier to return back the goods to us and then notify us of the incident.

Refund Policy

We have a customer satisfaction policy and we guarantee your satisfaction. In case you may have an issue with a particular product, we will be happy to exchange with a product worth the value of the original product. We offer a 10 day window period for returns from the date of delivery. In order to qualify as an exchange, your product has to be 100 % in the condition that you have received it in and should not be opened or tampered with in any way.
