This is a sim and router bundle deal. This service requires an MTN approved cat 6 or above router. This service will not work in other devices. This is a 24 month sim only data contract.
Fica and vetting is required. A 600gig AUP applies and speeds will be limited once AUP is reached.
Goods will only be released after funds clear in our bank account. Our primary bank is FNB, we also use Thyme bank, bank Zero, Bidvest bank, Payfast and Ewallet for ease of payment.
We will ship goods the same day as the payments are received and reflecting in our account. Delivery is by courier. Delivery times are affected by area you live in and available courier company. Please allow 3-7 days for courier deliveries
Products with In Warranty
The warranty period for all electronic goods is two years. (Except tablets and aver range)
There must be a corresponding Invoice either from Capping SA or a proof of purchase-or serial number in order for the warranty to be valid.
The warranty is a carry in Warranty. The cost of returning the Item(s) is borne by the end user. Transport costs from Capping SA to the supplier are borne by the supplier.
Within the warranty period Capping SA will replace at no charge the item with a new one comparative model.
This applies to all Items that below the recommended retail price (RRP) of R10 000.00 as indicated in the latest publish price list.
Capping SA reserves the right to elect whether to repair or replace items of over R10 000.00 (RRP) – this will need to be confirmed with a director.
Obvious physical abuse is outside of the warranty. This then is deemed a repair.
Capping SA Instant repair policy (out of warranty):
No Invoice is required. A customer has been created on the system called, “INSTANT REPAIR POLICY”.
The Repair is a carry in repair. The cost of returning the Item to Capping SA is borne by the end user. Transport costs from Capping SA to the supplier are borne by the supplier.
The Item to be repaired is replaced with a new item of the same model and type and is charged for at the instant repair policy rate.
This applies to all Items that below the recommended retail price (RRP) of R10 000.00 as indicated in the latest publish price list.
Capping SA reserves the right to elect whether to repair or replace items of over R10 000.00 (RRP) - this will need to be confirmed with a director.
If the item to be repaired is no longer sold by Yellow Diamond Store or their supplier as it is discontinued or superseded by a new model, then the item cannot be repaired/ replaced and the customer will have to buy a new model at the current retail pricing.
If the item is out of stock, then the customer will have to wait for stock to arrive – it cannot be replaced with a substitute or an upgrade.
