Payment Policy

If you’re not happy with your product for any reason whatsoever, you may have it exchanged for any other product of similar value. By similar, we mean give or take ten Rand. If we’ve messed up, we’ll arrange with the couriers to collect the goods from you provided it’s from the same address we delivered to. If you’re just changing your mind then the return postage is on you, we think that’s fair. Remember that if you’re just changing your mind, we will replace your product with another but won’t give a cash refund if the product is in order to prevent fraud (whilst keeping in line with CPA regulations).

Note: T-Shirts should be unwashed and unworn if you would like to return it. Of course if you have worn it and the whole thing falls apart that’s another story (which should definitely not be happening).
