Payment Policy

Orders will only be processed once payment has been received.

Delivery Policy

We use Aramex Door-to-Door only at a flat rate of R100.00 per item.

For Jewelry:
* Please allow 5 to 7 weekdays for manufacturing, processing and preparing of items.
* An additional 3 to 5 weekdays for delivery depending on the area.

My factory is located outside of Cape Town - hence processing/delivery times and No Collection is available.

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Tracking numbers for all orders are assigned immediately as soon as orders are processed and they have gone into production.
You will be notified of your tracking details.

Refund Policy

CANCELLING ORDERS/REFUNDS.

Jewelry:
If your order has not reached manufacture stage, then we will approve your cancellation request and proceed with the refund within the next 7 working days.

If your order has already begun to be manufactured, your cancellation request will be denied, as your order consists of personalised items that we cannot re-use.

WILL I BE ABLE TO CHANGE AN ORDER ONCE ITS BEEN PLACED?

Nope!

Once an order has been placed and paid for online, you will receive what is stated in the order.

Please make VERY sure of your order before paying for it; you cannot change your mind once you have placed the order online.
