Payment Policy

Please note that once order has been received the order has to be paid in full and reflect into our account before any order is processed. Once payment have been received the order is processed and can take anywhere from 3 - 5 working days. No order will be processed without full payment received.

Delivery Policy

We use various courier services and we strive to give our customer excellent service. After the order is processed, the courier Company is informed and delivery of parcel is lodged. We do not have control over the courier services and try and get the parcels out for delivery as soon as possible. Delivery of the parcel can take 3 - 5 days under extreme circumstances.
