Refund Policy
At Evoha, your satisfaction is deeply important to us. While we do not offer refunds for change of mind, we’re committed to making things right if there’s a genuine issue with your order.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns on damaged, defective, or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to Request a Return
Email us at [your email] with your order number, photos of the product, and a short description of the issue. Once approved, we’ll provide instructions for return or exchange.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened personal care items, superfoods, or wellness products unless they are faulty or damaged upon arrival.
Refunds
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 working days after we’ve received and inspected the item. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
Liability
Evoha cannot be held responsible for incorrect information provided at checkout. If an item is delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error, Evoha is not obligated to re-send the item at our expense. While we take great care in packaging and dispatching all orders, we rely on third-party couriers for delivery. As such, Evoha is not liable for any loss, theft, or damage that occurs after dispatch.
Deliveries typically take between 2–7 working days. While we always aim for swift delivery, delays may occur. A delayed delivery does not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund. In the case of a lost parcel, we will work with the courier to investigate and support you in finding a resolution.
