COD or site options prior to delivery.
Once order has been placed and paid, goods transfer ownership upon delivery. Only Natural Disaster will be considered for refunds / cancellations without ample notice.

Delivery Policy

Delivery due within 10 working days, in the Durban region. Outside of Durban the delivery / collection will be agreed upon prior to payment.

Refund Policy

Only natural disaster will results in full refund.

Provided goods are in good order, a 30% or minimum of R250 will be charged to cover transport fees.
