Refund Policy:
We will accept the following returns:
1. If the product shipped has a defect or a manufacturing problem.
2. If an incorrect item was shipped.
- Should you have a valid reason to return the product, please notify us within 3 days of the product being received.
- Notification after 3 days will result in the return not being authorised by Gadgets & Gizmos Store.
- Please be sure to read the product specifications before placing an order as Gadgets & Gizmos Store will not accept the return of an undesired item ordered.
Payments are to be made within 5 days of purchase after that date we reserve the right to cancel and not honor your sale/placed order.
Any short payments and incorrect shipping methods will be discarded and orders will not be fulfilled.
Shipping generally takes 3-7 working days from your payment being made.
Tracking details will be sent - please allow 1 business day for tracking results to show.
For exceptionally large parcels or exceptionally remote locations, we will quote on a case by case basis.
Your items will only be shipped on business days if payments are made on time. No collections allowed.
We will NOT accept the following returns:
1. The Consumer Protection Act (CPA) specifically excludes 'buyer’s remorse' and Gadgets & Gizmos Store reserves the right to reject returns that are sought because the Consumer has 'changed his mind' or no longer wants the item after the purchase has been made.
2. Where the goods have been damaged due to ordinary wear and tear or worn out in the ordinary course of use.
3. Where the goods fall into one of the following categories:
- Underwear, sleepwear, Swimwear or lingerie
- Goods that may pose a health or safety hazard if returned or reused.
- Earrings, including studs, piercings, hair pieces, attachments and other personal body items due to health and safety considerations
- Exchanges on electrical products that have been used, tested or are otherwise are not defective.
- All consumable food items which are purchased constitute a non-returnable product due to Health reasons
- Where the goods have been willfully damaged or have been damaged by the gross negligence of the Consumer or Retailer.
- Where the goods have been damaged by Force Majeure, or an act of God such as inclement weather, natural disaster, power failure, electrical surges or circumstances outside of Gadgets & Gizmos control.
-Gadgets & Gizmos reserves the right to hold the Consumer Liable for delivery charges in the event of one or more of the above circumstances being the reason for the return of the goods. 15% Handling fee will be charged on the return of correctly supplied goods by us
UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
The incorrect delivery address provided by customer : Gadgets & Gizmos will not be held responsible should parcels be signed for and collected at the delivery address provided.
If the parcel is returned to Gadgets & Gizmos we will then contact you to reschedule the shipping. Please note that you will need to pay the delivery fee again before the parcel is re-shipped to you. Therefore, it is essential that you ensure that the correct shipping address is provided.
