Payment Policy

After checking out, the buyer must complete the purchase using the available payment options. Delivery of the product will only be made once Sell-SA notifies of payment completion.

Refund Policy

Refunds or Exchanges : Please note that each product key or activation code is unique, and for usage on the number of computers specified in the listing. Therefore, once a product key or activation code has been issued, no returns or refund requests will be accepted. However, we guaranteed that the license key is 100% working or we will send an key replacement should it be justified. For other than software products, please use the "Ask a Question" feature for the refund policy.

Additional Info

For software products, unless specified, product keys and activation codes are for lifetime activation and may be reused on the same computer if it is re-installed. Please do not attempt to use the product key or activation code for more activations than specified in the listing. If this is done, either the activation done above the specified number will not succeed, or the product key or activation code will be disabled entirely. In such a case, no refund will be issued. If you encounter any problems after making your purchase, we will be happy to assist you. Please contact us with details of the problem and screenshots where possible.
