Delivery Policy

We use PostNet Courier service, available in all the 360 locations countrywidejust R99. You can track your parcels online and you will receive an SMS for collection. You will get your delivery within 2 to 3 working days. Please allow 1 extra delivery day fot outlying areas.

Refund Policy

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund. Refunds are valid within 5 days of delivery taking place. Refunds will take place if the products are not opened and the seal is still in one piece. Funds will be transferred to buyer upon verification by seller that the products have not been tampered with. The item need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
