Delivery Policy
once payment is confirmed the delivery is arranged within 24hoursafter payment confirmation. Delivery terms/time is/are based on the courier service provider
Refund Policy
All goods shipped and not satisfied should be report by call/email/WhatsApp etc. on the same days of receipt of goods .Refund can be made if goods are returned in the condition it was shipped in.
Refund is void if goods are damaged or loosed or tampered with in a manner that indicate the user curiosity.. Refunds are less the shipping cost.
20% of the cost is charged on the returned goods , this is called Handling fee. terms and conditions applies.
