Perfect Dealz promises to provide our customers with an exceptional customer service, a great shopping experience, low prices and a number of safe and secure payment options. We have very strict service level agreements in place with delivery agencies.
REFUNDS
Once the warehouse receives your parcel, we will reimburse the item price less the delivery cost.
Perfect Dealz is not able to accept the return of any products which have not gone through the above process. Products returned may be sent back to you at your expense if received in an unacceptable state. Please treat products and packaging with reasonable care while in your possession.
We require the “Order Number”, which you will find in your “My Account”
to be able to expedite your query with appropriate urgency
Any item which was not purchased from Perfect Dealz but returned to us cannot be re-sent to you. Perfect Dealz will not be liable for storage, returning, disposing of or otherwise taking any responsibility over any such item.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Perfect Dealz holds stock unless the product is marked as a PRE-ORDER.
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in Wynberg Sandton
For Gauteng – delivery courier fees are levied at R65.00 for door to door.
All other Areas - delivery courier fees are levied at R99.00 for door to door.
A tracking number would be issued immediately after pick up of an order by the courier.

Once the payment has reflected on our side, we will begin the process of handling your order. Orders will be processed within 24 working hours after quality inspection.

Major Cities/Towns: 3 to 5 working days,

Collection can only done once a collection has been received by the customer via e-mail.

Defective, faulty or non-conforming products:
We encourage you to inspect each product carefully upon receipt. If a product has a defect or fault existing at the time of delivery or otherwise does not conform to your order, you have a statutory right to return the product. We strongly encourage you to get in touch with our support team on 011 048 2402 alternativey e-mail us in [email protected] as soon as you become aware of any problems.
If you are eligible for a refund, such refund will be processed within 7 Business days of our receipt of the product.
If you change your mind about your order, please get in touch with us to inquire about the returns instructions within 7 working days of receiving the product and return the item unused and in its original packaging.
However, if you receive an item that is defective please report this to [email protected] within 7 working days of receiving the item by sending an image or video illustration of the defective or damaged product. The product should be in its original packaging, failure to do so will result in the query not entertained.
Perfect Dealz will inspect the returned product, and contact you thereafter with a resolution.
Return goods must be properly packaged when returning them, to avoid damages while in transit.
Ensure that the Product is packaged, together with all accessories, instructions and manual documentation. The product must not be damaged, scratched or soiled in any manner in order to avoid the claim not being processed.
Perfect Dealz will not be liable for courier fees of defective, unwanted or damaged products reported after 7 working days.
Once the returned goods have been assessed, credit vouchers wil be loaded on to the respective Perfect Dealz customer account.
If a defect or fault is found or the product does not match your order, we will be happy to exchange the product, in accordance with applicable law. Products that have been misused or changed may not be eligible for returns.
For hygiene purpose, the return of under garments is strictly prohibited.
Section 16 of the CPA states that any defective goods can be returned within 7 working days of receiving the order. The cost and risk of return is borne by the Consumer.
