Returns and Refunds
You must notify ShopWithMe of the return within 7 days of purchasing the goods.
We will only process a return and a refund if you notify us at info@shopwithme. ShopWithMe will then ask you to take photos of the damaged good and send it to us.
You are liable for returning the product at your cost if the item is returned due to you simply not wanting the product, if the item delivered faulty/broken ShopWithMe will be liable for that cost.
Replacements, refunds, or credits will only be affected once the goods in question have been returned to our warehouse and inspected.
A 15% Handling/Transaction Fee will be deducted from refunds where orders were cancelled due to Change of Heart (Not Wanting the Products Anymore)
If you received the goods damaged or defective, we will replace the item if we have stock. Failing that, we will refund you for the damaged goods in full.
Goods will only be accepted, and the relevant remedy offered if the item is still in its original packaging and has not been modified in any way.
We will not refund if there is any evidence that the product has been used.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item/items over R450, you should consider using a tractable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. ShopWithMe does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
When a refund is granted due to you not wanting the product, the refund will exclude the initial delivery fee and a 15% handling fee will be deducted from the refund.
Exclusions:
We cannot accept the following items for returns
For products which comprise food stuffs, beverages, or other goods intended for everyday consumption at the home or workplace of the customer.
Where the products are personalized or made to the customer’s specifications.
Where the products are perishable or will expire rapidly.
Where wrong clothing or shoe sizes have been ordered – unless otherwise specified on the daily email.
Where the products by reason of their nature cannot be returned.
If audio, video recordings or any form of computer software are either used or if supplied other than in digital form, if the seal on the storage media is broken.
For the sale of reading material in whatever form.
Shipping Information You Need To Know
Shipping
All shipping and collection of online product purchases are done from the ShopWithMe headquarters in CapeTown. Please enquire for collection and shipping from our other retail outlets before purchase ([email protected]).
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
Please note shipping will only take place once payment has cleared and visible in our bank account (especially EFTs).
Bank transfers may take up to 2-3 days to clear prolonging the shipping process.
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re‑shipment.
Delivery
Please note that the order must be placed before 14:00 & if the order day falls on a Saturday / Sunday then the package will only be shipped on the Monday.
