Payment policy
Typically we ship out any order immediately upon payment reflecting, and the availability of stock on hand.
Shipping policy
If stock is not on hand, we generally get stock either on a Monday (if the order is placed during the week) or Friday (if the order is placed on a Monday). We will communicate this through call, then email, in order to make sure you're comfortable with the wait, else we are more than happy to refund you if you can't wait the hold.
Returns Policy
Customer are entitled to a a general right to return (a “cooling off period”);
for seven days after delivery; for any reason without penalty
BUT
the consumer must pay the costs to return the goods
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will no be eligible
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable) 6 months limited warranty
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged If you need to repair or exchange it for the same item, send us an email at [email protected]
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Card transactions will be acquired for Razorbill Goods via PayGate (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks. PayGate uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.paygate.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
Customer details will be stored by Razorbill Goods separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayGate’s secure site. For more detail on PayGate refer to www.paygate.co.za.
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
Razorbill Goods takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and Razorbill Goods chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature.
