Estimated delivery time will be provided to you once your order is placed. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.
No Pickup Currently
Unless there are exceptional circumstances, we make every effort to fulfill your order within a or 1 business day of the date of your order. Business day means Monday to Friday, except holidays.
Please note we do not ship on weekends.
Date of delivery may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, the method of delivery, and the items ordered. Products may also be delivered in separate shipments.

Refund Policy
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you can return the product to us and we will either repair / replace it or credit your account, subject to the terms below. This policy applies to products bought from Reinos Clothing
This policy forms part of the Reinos Clothing Terms and Conditions and words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this policy unless the context indicates otherwise.
The customer is allowed to inspect the goods on delivery and if the parcel is incorrect, can liaise with the Reinos Clothing online customer services department to have it returned and your payment reimbursed.
COOLING OFF PERIOD, GOODS NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE.

We will allow a return on an item of merchandise returned within 7 business days of the date of delivery /receipt provided that:
The original invoice is presented on the return as proof of purchase.
The price (swing) ticket is attached.
The item has not been worn or used.
Swimwear has the protective strip attached.
The item is in its original condition and packaging.
EXCEPTIONS.
No returns of underwear or boxers or panties will be permitted
No returns of swimwear without the protective strip will be permitted.
No returns of any body-piercing jewelry (including earrings) will be permitted.
No returns of Final End of Season Sale items will be permitted
Any factory fault must be reported in 2 days on the received parcel through our support email address
To request a refund the parcel must be returned back within 4 working days after received.

If you are not happy with your purchase and wish to return it, and all the criteria you need to follow the process below:

Please note the following when returning:
You will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return your item(s).
Please send back to the address below and will exchange and send back, please write a clear note on the item you want to exchange saying which size, color or item you want to exchange with.
You can return the parcel using any courier company that will deliver to the address below
Items must be sent back within 7 days of the delivery date.
We don't accept a return after 7 working days.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached.
Reinos Clothing is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping back your returns.
If You Receive Wrong Parcel Phone our customer services call centre or whatsapp on +27 63 055 3015 or send email to [email protected] and log the return with them. They will organize a courier company to collect the parcel.
Returns are free of charge On The Incorrect Delivery but the original courier fee will not be refunded.
PRODUCTS DAMAGED ON DELIVERY
Should a product be damaged at the time of delivery / collection, please notify us of such delivery / collection by logging a return on the Website or whatsapp.
We will arrange to collect the product from you at no charge. Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will, at your choice, repair / replace the product as soon as possible (if such repair / replacement is possible) or credit your account with the purchase price of the product (or refund you if that is your preference). Credits and refunds are normally handled within 8 days of logging the return (bear in mind that refunds can take 1-4 working days to reflect in your account). Repairs and replacements could take longer, depending on parts / replacement availability.
DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
We do our best to ensure that the products we deliver to you are of a high quality and without defects.
What is a defect? A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product, which makes the product less acceptable than one would reasonably be entitled to expect in the circumstances.
The following will NOT be regarded as defects and will not entitle you to a return under this section:
faults resulting from normal wear and tear;
damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product;
damage arising from electrical surges or sea air corrosion;
