We use a Payments gateway to process credit cards on our store. This is 100% safe and protected. Enter your credit card details directly on the payment page and your order will be processed immediately. There is an option to store your credit card information for future purposes, should you so wish. Your information is 100% safe and secure.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
It may take a few days before the provided tracking numbers become active on the tracking website. If the information is not available on the day of purchase please do try again at a later time. Please rest assured that the estimated shipping time is valid regardless of the tracking site updates.
DELIVERY
We offer door-to-door courier services. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you a tracking number which you can use to track the progress of your order. Processing of the order may take up to 1-2 business day and thereafter the delivery of the products takes approximately 2-3 business days.
We are not eligible to accept returns due to the hygienic nature of our products. However if you are unsatisfied with your order in any way, please contact us within 5 days and we will try our best to resolve any issues that you may have. We do not refund if a product has been used.
Refunds are issued via
1. Store credit to the value of the products purchased
2. Cash back amount for cash purchased.
**Please take note that shipping fees are non refundable.
A refund will be processed once the product has been returned in it's natural state, unused and in the original packaging. The cost of returning the product to us will be for the customers account.
We will always try our best to assist with refunds where necessary.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Once your payment is received we will immediately process your order. Processing of order takes up to 1-2 business days and thereafter we will dispatch your items for delivery which approximately takes 2-3 business days.
I GOT THE WRONG ORDER. WHAT DO I DO?
If you receive items you did not order please contact us immediately and we will fix your order and send you the correct one. Please make sure all items are in their original packaging and state. DO NOT USE the items.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
The courier companies we use allow our customers the ability to track their items. Once you have placed your order and it has been processed we will send you your tracking number.
ARE MY PURCHASES SAFE?
Yes. Rodinia Skincare transactions are done via a secure payment gateway. We do not store any of your personal details on our site. This means that your information is protected and cannot be easily accessed by unintended parties.
DOES RODINIA SKINCARE STORE MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?
No. By law, nearly all online merchants cannot accept sensitive credit card information by themselves, but instead must use a third party payment gateway (We use Payfast ) to process credit card transactions. This ensures that sensitive financial data is handled only by companies with the necessary systems and procedures to guard against fraud and misuse.
DOES RODINIA SKINCARE HAVE A PHYSICAL STORE?
No. We are currently only operating online.
