All software licenses are delivered digitally via email within 1–12 hours of confirmed payment. In most cases, delivery is instant. Please ensure your email address is correct at checkout. If you do not receive your license key within 12 hours, check your spam folder or contact our support team. No physical shipping is required. For EFT payments, delivery may be delayed until proof of payment is received and verified.
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds are only issued under the following conditions:
• The license key has not been delivered.
• The product key is defective or invalid, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
• The request is made within 7 days of purchase.
Once a license key has been delivered and activated, it is considered used and non-refundable. All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our support email with proof of issue. We reserve the right to verify the key’s status before approving a refund.
