Therefore, once a product key or activation code has been issued, no returns or refund requests will be accepted. However, we guaranteed that the license key is 100% working or we will send the key replacement.

For software products, unless specified, product keys and activation codes are for lifetime activation and may be reused on the same computer if it is re-installed.
