Delivery Policy

LOCAL SOUTH AFRICA;
A flat rate delivery fee of R90 will apply to all local areas within South Africa. Please expect delivery of parcel within 3 – 5 working days.

INTERNATIONAL;
A flat rate delivery fee of R480 will apply to all International areas. Please expect delivery of parcel within 5 – 7 working days.

Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned unopened and with an undamaged seal. If the package has been opened and the product used, we regret to inform you that we will be unable to issue a refund.
We do not refund the cost of shipping for your order, which has already been paid. Only the cost of the products themselves will be refunded.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address and your order has been marked as delivered according to the tracking number, we are unable to issue a refund. In cases where an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the cost of shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.
Orders of more than 10 items are not eligible for a refund. Additionally, large orders or orders intended for distribution are not eligible for return, and no refund will be issued.
We do not provide refunds for packages that are returned to us empty.
